• Domestic (US) — complimentary shipping on orders $500+; under $500, rates calculated at checkout
• International — select countries; duties/taxes may apply

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. We’re not responsible for customs or weather delays.

Returns & Exchanges

Contact us within 14 days of delivery if something isn’t right.

• Unused, original condition, tags attached
• Custom/personalized items may not be returnable
• Customer pays return shipping unless defective or our error

Refunds go to the original payment method after inspection — usually 5–10 business days.
